She is continually innovating and improving her culinary art and has acquired an extensive collection of tried and true recipies.

Charlene returned to Wisconsin from California, while on the West Coast she operated a successful catering business for 15 years.  Wild Plum Gourmet now allows her to continue her passion.  She is an experienced culinary artist who creates exquisitely flavored masterful dishes with an elegant and stylish presentation.
